The Emporium's Global Table
The Emporium Global Table is a monthly multi-course dining experience inspired by destinations around the world.
Held on the third Thursday of every month the experience features a multi-course menu with food and wine pairings that reflect the region selected for that month interpreted through Emporium’s lens.
Emporium is rooted in Southern cuisine and shaped by international influence, reflecting the spirit of Perry Lane’s muse Adelaide Harcourt, a Savannah native who traveled widely and returned home eager to share what she discovered.

From the foothills of the Andes, the evening explores the flavors of Argentina through a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu and wines selected to complement each course.
From high-altitude vineyards to a table shaped by fire, bold flavors, and generations of tradition, each pairing offers a taste of Argentina and the sense of place behind it, interpreted through Emporium’s globally inspired perspective.
