The Emporium's Global Table

The Emporium Global Table is a monthly multi-course dining experience inspired by destinations around the world. 

Held on the third Thursday of every month the experience features a multi-course menu with food and wine pairings that reflect the region selected for that month interpreted through Emporium’s lens. 

Emporium is rooted in Southern cuisine and shaped by international influence, reflecting the spirit of Perry Lane’s muse Adelaide Harcourt, a Savannah native who traveled widely and returned home eager to share what she discovered.

June 18th: Summer in Greece

This June, The Global Table travels to Greece, celebrating the bright flavors, coastal traditions, and shared spirit of the Mediterranean table. Each course is thoughtfully paired with wine, creating an evening inspired by sun-soaked shores, seasonal ingredients, and a culture where gathering over food is as important as the meal itself.
