The Emporium's Global Table

The Emporium Global Table is a monthly multi-course dining experience inspired by destinations around the world. 

Held on the third Thursday of every month the experience features a multi-course menu with food and wine pairings that reflect the region selected for that month interpreted through Emporium’s lens. 

Emporium is rooted in Southern cuisine and shaped by international influence, reflecting the spirit of Perry Lane’s muse Adelaide Harcourt, a Savannah native who traveled widely and returned home eager to share what she discovered.

February 19th at 6pm: Bordeaux, France

March 19th at 6pm: Spring in Spain

April 16th: Loire Valley, France

This February, The Global Table travels to Bordeaux, France, for an evening inspired by the region’s rich culinary heritage, where classic French flavors, expressive wines, and unhurried moments at the table take center stage.
